These Terms of Use constitute the agreement between GetYourStore and any user of the platform.

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Novaxor LLC, the owner and operator of GetYourStore.io.

GetYourStore is a trademark and commercial brand operated by Novaxor LLC.

2. Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GetYourStore platform for any user, whether free or paid. By accessing the platform, you fully accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. GetYourStore may update these Terms with 30 days' prior notice for material changes.

3. Services

GetYourStore provides: AI-powered store generation from product URLs (AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, etc.); a visual editor to customize stores; direct Shopify export; AI image generation; and an advertising catalog to discover winning products.

Certain features consume credits included in each plan. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.

Stores exported to Shopify remain technically linked to the Platform to ensure their continued operation, in line with the terms set out in Section 11.

4. Account

Access is restricted to adults (18+). Registration is via email/password or Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and not create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits. GetYourStore may suspend or delete accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or fraudulent use.

5. Pricing & Billing

Plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency) are detailed on the Pricing page. Payment is via credit card through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) β€” GetYourStore never stores your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically. Invoices are generated after each payment and retained for 10 years.

6. Refunds

Digital services with immediate access are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right. Instead, GetYourStore offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from your first paid subscription. Contact support@getyourstore.io for a full refund within this period. No partial refunds are issued beyond 7 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use GetYourStore to sell counterfeit or illegal products, distribute fraudulent content, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, attempt to hack the platform, use unauthorized automated tools, or resell access to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform elements (software, interfaces, databases, AI models) are the exclusive property of GetYourStore. A personal, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted for the duration of your subscription. You retain ownership of content you upload.

9. Availability

GetYourStore aims to maintain 24/7 availability without guaranteeing 100% uptime. Maintenance windows may cause temporary interruptions. GetYourStore is not liable for force majeure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

GetYourStore is not liable for commercial results, accuracy of AI-generated content, data loss due to user error, or indirect damages. Total liability is capped at amounts paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident.

11. Termination

You may cancel anytime from Settings β†’ Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at end of the current period. Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation then permanently deleted.

Stores exported to Shopify remain technically linked to the Platform to ensure their continued operation. After a 4-day courtesy period following cancellation or an unresolved payment failure, the exported store's display may be suspended until an active subscription resumes. It is the User's responsibility to keep their subscription current to avoid this.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, excluding any conflict of laws rules. EU consumers retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming after an attempted amicable resolution. EU dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
